This project aims to provide Japanese language education by specialists, employment support, and seminars to improve resilience in the event of an emergency to people with overseas roots who have no social affiliation and are unable to obtain sufficient information and access appropriate support in order to expand their employment options and community ties in Japan.
We hope that many people will use and take advantage of this program so that people with overseas roots who have few connections with the local community can obtain more information and live in Japan with peace of mind. We would be grateful if you could introduce this program to those who need it.
The course is offered by the Youth Support Center, a non-profit organization that has been helping foreign children and young people learn Japanese and find work since 2010.
This project is supported by the "Emergency Assistance for Foreign Residents and Establishment of Sustainable System" (SAFOR), which supports the response to the Covid-19 in FY2021 through the Utilization of Dormant Deposits Project.
